Note, if SleepWatch is not detecting any sleep for you at all, please contact technical support via the "feedback and support" option under the "account" tab in SleepWatch app. Do NOT change the sensitivity is SleepWatch app is not currently reporting sleep
If Sleep Watch regularly and significantly over-estimates your total sleep time, you may adjust the sleep detection sensitivity level to ‘Low’ to make Sleep Watch less sensitive in detecting your sleep.
To adjust your Sleep Watch’s sleep detection sensitivity level to LOW:
- Open the Sleep Watch iOS app on your iPhone
- Go to the 'More’ tab at the bottom right of the screen
- Open 'Settings' from the More screen
- Scroll down and tap on the 'Sleep Detection Sensitivity'
- Choose your desired setting 6. Confirm by tapping the 'Save' button at the bottom.
To adjust your Sleep Watch’s sleep detection sensitivity level to HIGH:
If Sleep Watch regularly and significantly under-estimates your total sleep time, you may adjust the sleep detection sensitivity level to ‘High’ to make Sleep Watch more sensitive in detecting your sleep. Note, if SleepWatch is not detecting any sleep for you at all, please contact technical support via the "feedback and support" option under the "account" tab in SleepWatch app.
Do not change to "high" sensitivity unless SleepWatch is functioning properly but still under-detecting your sleep.
"Default" detection works best for most users.
To locate "high" sensitivity open up the "Sleep Detection Sensitivity" and triple-tap (tap three times quickly) where it says "sleep sensitivity level." You will then be able to enable "high" detection sensitivity.
