Do you know what you’re doing while you’re sleeping?
What we do while asleep has long been a mystery to us (unless we have a very attentive partner!), but with the launch of our new SleepWatch Snore Tracking and Sleep Sound Recording features, you can unlock the secrets of your sleep sounds.
Snore Tracking
Do you know how often you snore? Or how loud it is when you do? With SleepWatch Snore Tracking, all SleepWatch users are able to record, listen to, and track their snoring from their Apple Watch or iPhone. You can now listen to your top snores and track where your snoring ranks on a scale from minimal to heavy.
This new feature allows users to track the severity of their snoring and how it’s affected by different lifestyle choices made during the day, such as drinking alcohol or eating before bed. Snore tracking is also a valuable tool to rule out medical conditions like sleep apnea, or indicate the need for a snoring solution such as nasal strips or a mouthpiece.
Sleep Sound Recording
What do you say when you talk in your sleep? How many times do you pass gas per night? With our new Sleep Sound Recording feature, the SleepWatch community can record the sounds of their environment and their sleep directly from their Apple Watch or iPhone, no equipment required. Listen back and find out how often you talk or make noises in your sleep, how often you pass gas, how loud your breathing is, and how these correlate to different factors or actions taken while awake.
